Welcome to the VanaVerse. It’s not a parallel universe. It’s a possible one.
A universe where patients are treated like people, not just participants. Where site staff are supported, not swamped. Where sponsors get results because we prioritize human experience – not in spite of it.
If that sounds like science fiction, good. Because the traditional way we do clinical trial recruitment? That’s the real fantasy.
So what is the VanaVerse?
The VanaVerse is our playful nickname for all things ClinVana – the fun, the flair, the philosophical glow. It’s how we refer to our world, our vibe, our way of showing up. Blog posts, internal lore, creative energy? That’s the VanaVerse.
It’s a creative playground, a slightly cheeky branding constellation orbiting around something much more grounded and real:
At the center of everything we do is The Human Protocol – our philosophical core. It’s the radical idea that if you understand what people want, need, fear, and expect… they’ll be more likely to say yes to something that could change their lives.
Why we exist
ClinVana was built on a simple truth: when clinical trials fail, it’s rarely because the science wasn’t there. It’s because the human experience was missing.
We exist to bring clarity where there’s confusion. To create engagement where there’s apathy. To replace dropout-prone friction with alignment, empathy, and transparency. In short, we exist to help everyone involved in clinical trials – patients, caregivers, sites, and sponsors – see clearly, feel supported, and stay committed.
That mission is grounded in The Human Protocol. It’s not a tagline – it’s a promise. It guides everything we do, every idea we propose, every campaign we create.
How we do it
We bring The Human Protocol to life through a proprietary operating model we call Zenrollment. It’s our How.
Zenrollment is made up of three harmonized service sets:
Zenroll: Recruitment strategy and execution that attracts the right patients with clarity and purpose.
Zengage: Engagement programs that support, guide, and retain participants and sites throughout the study.
Zenlighten: Our feedback and Vanalytics engine that helps us continuously optimize recruitment and engagement strategies in real time – because the map is not the territory, and great strategy always listens back.
We believe every clinical trial engagement strategy should have a Mechanism of Action. Zenrollment is ours.
